Harborline is based in downtown Tampa. There are no account managers here: the people you talk to on the first call are the people who design, build and look after your website.
Founder
Jonah started Harborline in 2017 and has been building websites for small businesses ever since. Before that he served in the Army, running network infrastructure and communications security for a brigade across two deployments.
He went on to manage operations for AT&T FirstNet programs and for an e-commerce company doing more than $2 million a year — which is why every site he builds is designed around how the business actually makes money.
Web Designer
William designs and builds websites for Harborline clients, and works with each one from the first call through to launch.
He’s a builder at heart, with family roots in New England, and his focus is helping small businesses grow their digital footprint: making sure the people searching for what they do can find them, trust them and pick up the phone. Odds are, he’s the first person you’ll hear from at Harborline.
