What we collect, and what we don't.

The short version
Harborline Digital collects what you type into the quote form, so we can reply to you. We don't sell it, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
What the form collects
The quote form asks for your name, business name, email address and, if you choose, your phone number, along with what you need, your timeline and your budget range. Submissions are delivered by our hosting provider, Netlify, to the Harborline inbox, and are stored in the Netlify dashboard. We keep them while we're talking and for up to two years after, then delete them.
Booking a call
The calendar on the contact page is provided by Calendly, and it loads only after you choose to open it. Once opened, Calendly receives the information you enter to book the call, and sets its own cookies. Calendly's privacy policy governs what it does with that information.
Hosting and server logs
This site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver the site and guard against abuse.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store a small amount of data on the pricing page so an estimate you build carries over to the quote form. That stays in your browser and is never sent to us on its own.
Client websites
When Harborline builds and maintains a website for you, we handle the files and accounts needed to run it. We don't use your customers' information for anything other than operating your site.
Your choices
Ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and we'll do it. Email or text using the details below.
